Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
